So for those of you who dont know I have been working on making custom dildos for folks. What follows is my first attempt at making my own cock from scratch.
The process here is actually a little bit interesting for making dildos from scratch. A huge part of that is materials. The materials for making one of these are surprisingly expensive with the main expense being the silicone it's self. In order to have a skin safe end product you can only use platinum cure silicone and if you know anything about platinum that makes it impossible to make cheep. The platinum is actually the main catalist that pushes the curing reaction forward. There are alternatives in the form of tin but they have the major problem of slowly making their way into your skin with exposure.
Other things your gonna need are someway of actually making the master. I used nomad sculpt on my ipad and just popped it on the 3d printer but I’m sure theres other options. A vacuum chaber is also a must to remove the gasses from the silicone. Wouldn’t want to get air bubbles in the mold messing up your lovingly crafted dick now would we? The rest is kinda optional not optional but highly recommended in the form of plastic cups to mix in something to actually mix in gloves pigments and mold release.
- Start off by actually designing your dic master. I’ve got plenty of experience with 3d modeling tools and I use Nomad sculpt for this cuz I like the freedom to move around and do it when ever but any program should do like Blender. You are going to want something fairly high poly if you are going this route as just about every imperfection is going to come through in the print.
- So next is the not interesting part of actually printing the cock. Honestly there really isn’t much to say here beyond make sure your printer is up to the task. If your printing something for them size queens out there it’s going to be a long and hard print.

- Now that its off the printer theres a few options for post processing this bad boy. We want to smooth out any imperfections in the surface of the master. I know about ribbed for her pleasure and all but I don’t think these ridges would add anything pleasant to the experience but to each their own I suppose. Time to sand this print into oblivion I suppose slowly moving to higher and higher grit or if you printed in PLA maybe you could use ascitone. It doesn’t really matter at the end of the day as long as its smooth. (Try not to get your hair caught in the sander :/ I had to cut my self free)
- SO finally for something thats not just normal 3d printing stuff. Making the mold. I use a sock mold for my dics cuz its easy and I don’t haft to worry about it leaking. Cleaning up spilled silicone is a fucking nightmare. Spray on alike an ass load of mold release or you well be sad. I mix up one batch of the silicone with a bright contrasing pigment. The pigment makes it easy to tell how much coverage you have. First offgass the silicone in the vacuum chamber this takes a moment. Put the whole cup in the chamver and watch all the bubbles as you pull all the air out. Your looking for the silicone to fall back down into the cup. Once that batch of silicone does that it needs to be painted onto the dick one layer at a time. So paint on one layer switch to another color paint on another. Slowly thickening up the mold each time. You really wany to make sure the mold is thick enugh silicone is heavy and you could easily stretch out and deform them mold.
- Yay you painted a bunch of silicone all over a 3d printed dick :D Now once its set and youve made many layers to make it thick you want to remove that 3d print form the new mold. Best way to go about this is slowly working the silicone away from the print by pushing around an air buble. Watch those details its really easy for that to be a thin spot in the mold and for things to rip.
- Yay you have a mold now its pretty clear whats next mix up a batch of silicone with the colors you want the dick to be. Off gas the silicone in the chamber and get to poorin. But wait make sure you use plenty of mold release on the mold and be sure you have something to hold the mold otherwise your not going to be able to hold it for the days it takes to cure. Thats about it though if all goes well you should have a nice new dick that if your like me is too big for anyone to actually use so you just hit people with it xD
